How to Build Your Brand Workshop
IISE will be hosting a “How to Build Your Brand” workshop on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 11 am to 12 pm EST!
Whether at Tech, in your career, or beyond, it is essential to know what you bring to the table and what your purpose is! This workshop will help you build your personal brand and set yourself up for success as you define it. It will be taught by Dr. Joshua Gray, both a faculty member here at ISyE and a seasoned management consultant. Make sure to be there for an invaluable learning experience!
Basic Tableau Workshop
This workshop will be taught by Dan Murray, InterWorks, Inc. and Andy Piper, Norfolk Southern. Dan has authored 2 books on Tableau (Tableau Your Data! 1st & 2nd Editions) and is the founder of InterWorks, Inc.’s Business Intelligence practice, and Andy led the Atlanta Tableau User Group for 8 years. This workshop will give you a beginner’s introduction to Tableau and requires no prior knowledge. So, join us to add a valuable tool to your skill set. Please RSVP by the end of Monday, September 27.
IISE & SWE's Deloitte Workshop
IISE & SWE will be hosting a workshop with Deloitte on Monday, September 27 from 6-7:30 PM over Zoom! Come and learn about Business Chemistry & Professional Communication from Deloitte consultants! They will be sharing insights on diplomatically navigating workplace situations, from breaking bad news in client service to advocating for yourself when your plate is too full. So, join us for an invaluable learning experience! Open roles at Deloitte are also on CareerBuzz and the resume deadline is Tuesday, 9/28! P&G Workshop: Building Your Personal Brand Equity
Similar to P&G’s multiple billion dollar brands, when searching for an internship/fulltime position with a company it is important for students to set themselves up for success by cultivating a strong brand equity. This workshop will focus on ways to define “The Brand Called You” and marketing methods to use in career fair conversations, information sessions and more.
